This may be one of my new obsessions. I absolutely love traditional pancakes however, I often feel sluggish after a Sunday brunch if I order a large stack of pancakes. This recipe is super easy, nutritious, filling and low calorie.
3 egg whites
1 very ripe medium banana
1 TBSP cinnamon
Sugar free syrup or maple syrup optional
1. Heat a frying pan on high, spray with spam cooking spray.
2. While pan heats up mix together 3 egg whites, mashed bananas, and cinnamon.
3. Take a large spoon to dish out batter into 4 medium sized pancakes. Flip once each side. Enjoy!
